We invite qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position for:

MASON-1 (CODE: GPNMS1-L)

Purpose of the Role:

Performing maintenance refractory works on equipments using material refractory in every Process Plant area, covering Dryer, Kiln, CTS, Furnace, Converter and Laboratory, either scheduled or emergency by obeying every standard procedure in order that all equipments are always available (ready to use) and can be operated perfectly to support production target achievement.

Accountabilities:

·         Preparing tools, refractory machine (gunite machine, castable mixer, brick saw, and drilling) and proper and correct material refractory (castable, fire-proof rock, cement, etc.) before beginning maintenance work in order that works can be conducted as scheduled.

·         Performing Planned Maintenance Check to refractory machine to maintain the equipment working perfectly and available.

·         Repairing all material refractory (patching castable) in order that equipment can be operated in accordance with the determined performance.

·         Modifying refractory in-situ installation to maintain the performance or modification based on the design to improve better operation system based on the Management of Changes procedure.

·         Working based on the standard operating procedure and job safety analysis in accordance with Major Hazard Standard to fulfill work health and work safety target

·         Reporting the result of maintenance refractory work which has been conducted (Planned Maintenance check, measurement result, insecure condition, and abnormal equipment) in order that the Supervisor receives correct, fast and accurate information

Technical Specialization :

-  Experienced in operating Lifting Devices (up to 10 Tons capacity) in accordance with the standard rigging procedure and possessing certification in operating overhead crane

-  Expert in using Hand Tools (adjustable wrench, socket, hammer, puller, screw drivers, hand saw, pipe spanner, vise grip and tweezers/pullers and torque wrench), Electric Power Tools (castable mixer, vibrator, hand grinder, drill, sand polisher and impact wrenches), Pneumatic tools (drilling machine, gunite machine, mixer & jack hammer)..

-  Experienced in: Fastener, Technical Drawing, Measurement Tools,  Lubrication, Bearing, Compressor, Pneumatic System, Basic Welding , Oxy-Acitelin Cutting, Piping system, Sealing & Packing, Knowledge of material, Alignment, Painting, Carpentry, Masonry.

Education & Experience :

-  D3 form Civil Engineering and Casting Engineering is preferred and minimum Technical High School/ Vocational School of Civil Engineering

-  D3 minimum 4 years experience in masonry or refractory sector in mining industry or heavy-duty industry and for High School/equal with 7 years experience in masonry or refractory sector in mining industry or heavy-duty industry
